Baseball and cheeky cheeseburgers

Our friends Paula and Jason took us to a game of baseball, Anaheim Angels vs LA dodgers at the Anaheim stadium. Before we got there we stopped at the camera store and I bought a new lens. Check out some of the piccys.

Vegas

We took a trip to Vegas when I arrived here in Los Angeles. Niki and her friend Jen and Phillip and I took off in Niki's little car via the 15 and past the worlds largest thermometer!.
We stayed at Caesers palace which is probably one of the best due to its central location. I played craps and drank some nice riesling. I lost all my money but Phillip played and won it back again plus some. Phillip also stayed up later than any of us so he could play with the sexy blackjack girls. Don't ask :P
Pictures coming soon.

Meatscapes

Look here at the collaged meatscapes of Nicholas Lampert. Thank Phillip for the link.

Meat Meat Meat!

I have had a bit of an obsession with painting meat of late. I found this amazing work that is very similar to what Id like mine to look like. Brilliant!

Venice Beach Bus 1

I was sitting on the 1 blue bus from Venice to Santa Monica. There were 2 goodlooking young boys around 14-15 years old sitting right across from me. They were talking alot and laughing and generally having fun.
As the bus came to a stop and old man standing near them tried to take off the sneaker of one of the boys. There was a struggle for 2o seconds and then the old man got off without the shoe. The boy looked confused and upset while the other boy asked him "Did you know that guy?". He answered "ummmm. no." I looked at them and smiled and giggled. The boys got off at the next stop.

Goodbye Toronto. Hellooo LA

Phillip and I finally left Toronto, Phillip a few months ahead of me.
We are about to have our biggest adventure yet. Those that know what I mean, know what I mean!!
We landed in Venice Beach for a few weeks in a little pad right near the beach. It was a little cramped and a bit sketchy so we looked for another place. Turned out Niki was leaving for OZ so we took over her place. Its very sweet and is still close to the beach and the pier in Santa Monica. It will do for a few months while we figure out where we are going next.
Phillip and I have started our old fogy nightly walk along the cliffs. But its pure bliss!
